Velvet Milk Bakeshop, owned by Michele Bisciglia, is a Pflugerville cottage bakery on a mission to share our love for baking with our community.

As a native Texan, Michele spent her childhood picking wild blackberries and honeysuckle, experimenting with her Easy Bake Oven and boxed cake mixes, and baking for friends whenever possible.

Driven by her insatiable curiosity for unique flavors and ingredients, she creates desserts that break away from the overly sweet norm.

Having learned from Austin bakeries like Baked by Amy's and Rockman Bakeshop, she delivers innovative creations that wow with every bite.
